On February 21, 2026, Cabinet Solutions LIVE returned to the ECA Fairgrounds in Florence, SC for another huge Florence SC home remodeling auction loaded with kitchen cabinets, A-grade waterproof flooring, vanities, tools, and more. If the turnout was any indication, Florence has only gotten hungrier for quality materials at real prices since our last visit.
Doors Open at 8 AM. By 9, the Questions Were Already Flying.
Preview started at 8:00 AM and the ECA Fairgrounds started filling up almost immediately. What stood out in Florence was how prepared people were. These were not casual browsers.
Buyers showed up with measurements written down, room photos saved on their phones, and specific questions about which cabinet lines would work for their kitchen layouts. A few couples were comparing flooring colors against paint swatches they had brought from home. Our team spent the entire preview period walking people through product specs, comparing options, and helping first-time auction buyers understand how the bidding process works.
By the time auctioneer Gary E. Hilborn kicked things off, the floor was packed and the crowd was locked in. We had homeowners from Florence, contractors from Darlington and Marion, and a handful of property investors from as far as Sumter who made the drive specifically for this event. The bidding started strong and stayed that way through every category.
What Pee Dee Buyers Went After
Every auction has its own personality based on what the local crowd needs, and Florence was all about kitchens and flooring. That makes sense for this area. The Pee Dee region has a lot of homeowners doing full kitchen renovations and a growing number of investors buying older properties and bringing them up to modern standards. Here is what moved the fastest.
Kitchen Cabinets
The cabinet lots saw the most competitive bidding of the day. We brought a deep selection from Jarlin Cabinetry (the same brand featured on HGTV’s Property Brothers), Forevermark Cabinetry, Vision Cabinet Source, and Blue Valley Cabinets. Shaker, transitional, and modern styles, all with plywood construction, soft-close hardware, and dovetail drawers. Full kitchen sets that typically run $7,000 to $15,000 at retail were going for a fraction of that, and the room knew it. One homeowner from Florence told us afterward that she had been saving for cabinets for over a year and could not believe she got the exact style she wanted at auction for less than half what she had budgeted.
A-Grade Flooring
Flooring was the other big winner. Waterproof rigid core vinyl, laminate, and engineered hardwood from NeXGen, Resolve Flooring, and Mountain Park Flooring. All of it 100% waterproof, scratch-resistant, and stain-resistant. A contractor working on multiple rental renovations in the Pee Dee area grabbed enough flooring for three properties in a single trip. For investors and landlords, that kind of bulk buying at auction pricing is a game changer.
Vanities
Our 60” bathroom vanities with Carrara marble tops drew serious attention. Navy, white, and natural wood finishes in farmhouse and modern styles, all with soft-close drawers. At the prices these were going for, several buyers grabbed more than one to cover multiple bathrooms in a single renovation.
Composite Decking
MoistureShield’s Elevate Collection showed up strong with 100% waterproof composite boards in Alpine Gray, Riverbank, Lake Fog, and Canoe. Big hit with buyers along the Carolina coast who need materials that handle the humidity.
Appliances & More
Sinks from Allen+Roth and Glacier Bay, faucets from Elkay and Kohler, Prominence Home ceiling fans, and tools. This category catches a lot of people off guard at our auctions. You come in planning to bid on cabinets and flooring, and then you realize you can also pick up the sink, faucet, and fan to match, all in the same event, all at auction pricing. That is exactly what happened in Florence. Once buyers started winning cabinets and flooring, they circled back to complete their projects in one trip.
