Two Weeks, Two Auctions, 60% More Buyers: What Happened at the Florence SC Auctions in March 2026

Something is happening in Florence. And the numbers prove it.
On March 21 and March 28, 2026, Cabinet Solutions LIVE ran back-to-back home remodeling auctions at the ECA Fairgrounds in Florence, SC. Each event drew an average of around 65 attendees, customer volume jumped roughly 60% compared to our previous Florence events, and here is the number that really stood out: 85% of the buyers who showed up were first-time customers.
That is not just growth. That is a whole new audience discovering what auction pricing on brand-new, premium building materials actually looks like. And the reason? New inventory that people recognized and got excited about.

New Inventory That Changed the Energy in the Room
We have been bringing cabinets, flooring, and vanities to Florence for a while now. The Pee Dee crowd knows our core lineup and they trust it. But these two March events had something different on the floor, and you could feel it the moment people walked in.
Appliances from Brands People Already Trust
The biggest shift was appliances. We brought in product from KitchenAid, ZLINE, LG, Samsung, GE, and Whirlpool. These are the names people see in showrooms and on their wish lists, and when they showed up at auction and realized they could bid on them at a fraction of retail, the energy changed. KitchenAid and ZLINE in particular drew a lot of attention from buyers who had been pricing these brands online and could not believe they were seeing them on an auction floor in Florence.
We also introduced outdoor equipment for the first time at these events, including trimmers and mowers. That category brought in buyers who might not have come for cabinets or flooring but stayed to bid once they saw what else was available.
Lifeproof Flooring Joins the Lineup
Flooring has always been one of our strongest categories in Florence, and these events were no exception. But the addition of Lifeproof flooring made a noticeable difference. Lifeproof is a brand that a lot of homeowners already know from major retail stores, so when they saw it on our auction floor at a steep discount, recognition turned into action fast. Alongside Lifeproof, our Resolve and NeXGen collections continued to perform strongly. All A-grade, all 100% waterproof, scratch-resistant, and stain-resistant.
Two New Jarlin Colors That Sold Immediately
Our Jarlin Cabinetry lineup already has over 80 styles, but the introduction of two new colors at these Florence events created real buzz. Sage Green and Sandy Mirage were on display for the first time, and the response was immediate. One buyer purchased a full kitchen cabinet set in one of the new colors the same day it was shown. That kind of instant demand tells us something: Carolina homeowners are paying attention to design trends, and when they see a fresh option backed by Jarlin’s plywood construction, soft-close hardware, and dovetail drawers, they move on it.
By the Numbers: Florence March 2026 65 average attendees per event. 60% growth over the previous Florence auctions. 85% first-time customers. Two back-to-back events on March 21 and March 28 at the ECA Fairgrounds. New product lines from KitchenAid, ZLINE, GE, Lifeproof, and two new Jarlin cabinet colors (Sage Green and Sandy Mirage). One full cabinet set was sold the same day a new color was displayed. |
A New Kind of Crowd in the Pee Dee
The 85% new customer figure is the one we keep coming back to. That means the vast majority of people at these two events had never attended a Cabinet Solutions LIVE auction before. Some were homeowners who had been following us on Facebook and decided to finally make the trip. Others were real estate investors entering the Pee Dee market who heard about the auction pricing through word of mouth. And a solid group were people who came specifically because they saw KitchenAid, ZLINE, or Lifeproof mentioned in our event previews.
Mixed in with those new faces were our returning buyers, the contractors, flippers, and homeowners who already know the quality and the value and keep coming back for more. That combination of new energy and loyal customers is exactly what you want to see at a growing auction location.
Top Sellers from Both Florence Events
When we look back at what moved fastest across both March events, a clear picture emerges of what Florence buyers are hungry for right now. A few standouts deserve a closer look.
Full kitchen cabinet sets led the way. Between the two events, we moved multiple complete kitchen packages, with the new Jarlin Sage Green and Sandy Mirage colors pulling in the most attention. Buyers were not just picking up a few pieces. They were walking out with entire kitchens. That is exactly the kind of sale that tells us the pricing, the quality, and the style options are all landing where they need to.
Appliance packages were the other big mover. Several buyers took advantage of the variety by building complete appliance packages in a single visit. A refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave all from trusted brands like KitchenAid, LG, and Samsung, all at auction pricing. For anyone doing a full kitchen remodel, that kind of one-stop shopping at these prices is hard to beat anywhere else.
Flooring moved in volume. We saw contractors and homeowners loading up pallets of A-grade waterproof flooring in one go, covering entire homes or multiple rental properties in a single trip. Lifeproof, NeXGen, and Resolve all performed well, but it was the sheer quantity per buyer that stood out. These were not small purchases.
What This Means for Florence Going Forward
These two events confirmed what we have been sensing: the Florence and Pee Dee market is ready for more. The combination of trusted national brands at auction pricing, fresh product introductions, and a growing customer base makes this one of the most exciting areas on our calendar right now.
